I had a family of blackbirds hatch in my garden this year - what a joy to watch.⁠

Starting life as a way to use up snips from my collages, this little journal turned into an exploration of colour.

This pattern started life as an Art Deco inspired tulip shape! It's quite interesting how things evolve, from sketch to collage to repeat!⁠
